Cheerios is removing the stray wheat, rye and barle grains from the Cheerios' oat supply. The first ingredient in Cheerios is whole-grain oats. Oats are naturally gluten-free, but the general oats supply comes with small amounts of wheat, rye and barley that are introduced at the farm and during transportation. They have created a process that allows them to remove the wheat, rye, barley that are introduced at the farm and during transportation. Packages of Gluten-Free Cheerios will begin to be in stores by July and will fully be distributed by mid-September. packages will be labeled Gluten-Free on the label with a seal. I am so excited. The Cheerios company says that tere will not be a price increase. What types are going Gluten-Free: The Yellow Box Cheerios™, Honey Nut Cheerios™, MultiGrain Cheerios™, Apple Cinnamon Cheerios™ and Frosted Cheerios™. What Cheerios are NOT Gluten-Free: The Cheerios' Protein, Chocolate, Fruity, Dulce, Banana Nut, MGC Dark Chocolate, MGC PB, HNC Medley Crunch. I was searching things for a school project and ran into a Katie Couric interviewing Jennifer Esposito about Celiac DIsease. You might Jennifer Esposito from Samatha Who?. The interview was done on May 2, 2014. I love how she really stressed this is an auto-immune disease and not some fade diet to loose weight. Yes some do loose weight from going on a Gluten-Free diet, but the reason why they are loosing weight is because of being on gluten-free diet. isn't a fade diet. She also explained how you don't have to have the stomach symptoms to have Celiac Disease. This video is about 8 minutes and twenty seconds. Its short video, but does a great job at really explaining Celiac Disease. She has a book called: Jennifer Esposito's Journey with Celiac Disease. You can order her book on Amazon.com. I thought the only Gluten-Free magazines were Living Without Magazine, Gluten-Free Living, and Delight Gluten-Free Magazine, but then I came across GFF Magazine when looking for a Gluten-Free recipe.
